Altium, a leading force in electronics design automation, is seeking a Certified Trainer – Content Developer to join their Training group. This role is crucial in delivering industry-leading instruction on Altium's products, enabling customers to maximize their use of product features and capabilities through best practices.
The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a company that serves over 30,000 organizations and 100,000 electronics engineers worldwide. As a Certified Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training through various media formats, conducting both online and occasional onsite training sessions.
The role involves delivering three main courses: Essentials (3 days), Advanced (3 days), and Harness Design (1 day), with class sizes of 12-15 students. You'll be expected to conduct between 1-4 training sessions monthly, requiring both technical expertise and excellent communication skills in French and English.
This remote position offers competitive compensation of up to 100€ per hour, with occasional visits to regional offices required. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience with Altium products and system/board design, along with a passion for technical training and content development.

Responsibilities For Certified Trainer – Content Developer
- Instruct Altium Customers using Altium Training Content
- Provide Online and Onsite Customer Training
- Maintain knowledge of all Training Content provided to Altium Customers
- Collaborate with other Trainers and colleagues
- Represent Altium in a professional manner
- Deliver training courses including Essentials, Advanced, and Harness Design
- Develop content for Altium Designer and Altium products
Requirements For Certified Trainer – Content Developer
- Fluency in Spoken and Written French and English
- 2+ years of Experience with Altium products
- 2+ years of System / Board design experience using Altium Designer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate project/task status
- Must be driven, self-managed, organized, and motivated
- Preferred: 1+ years previous experience as a Technical Trainer
