The FAE Manager will lead and manage a team of Field Applications Engineers, ensuring exceptional pre- and post-sales technical support that fosters long-term customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Field Applications Engineers
- Setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback
- Overseeing technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes

- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical problems
- Supporting the sales team in technical presentations and demonstrations

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in electronics design or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of electronics design, PCB design, and relevant software tools
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
