Field Application Engineer

Altium is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Application Engineer to join their Digital Channel team. This role focuses on providing top-level technical service and support to prospects and customers, with an emphasis on PCB Design and Data Management. The position is full-time in the Frisco office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing technical discovery engagements, sales presentations, and product demonstrations
• Creating and delivering technical content for sales and marketing campaigns
• Understanding client technical and business challenges
• Driving sales processes and expanding the sales pipeline
• Promoting Altium's product portfolio and increasing brand loyalty
• Constantly expanding technical knowledge and understanding of competitor products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field
• Proficiency with Altium Designer
• Experience in technical content creation and presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of PCB Design, Data Management, and Cloud Solutions
• Ability to match business needs with technical solutions
• Willingness to travel on short notice
