Team Lead DevOps Engineer

Altium is seeking a Team Lead DevOps Engineer to join their innovative team. This role involves building and optimizing the cloud platform that's transforming electronics design. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE environments, strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure components, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and optimizing CI/CD processes
• Streamlining automation for server provisioning and application deployment
• Constructing resilient and scalable service infrastructure
• Deploying, monitoring, and scaling application services
• Mentoring team members and driving knowledge sharing
• Participating in project management and strategic planning

The role requires expertise in Linux and Windows systems, Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform), and cloud services like AWS. The ideal candidate should be proactive, a clear communicator, and able to think innovatively to solve complex problems.
