  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues

  • Train team members in Greece and Subsidiaries

Requirements For Customer Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD or other CAD software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of second foreign language preferred
