As a Sr. Sales Engineer at Amagi, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, using your deep expertise in FAST TV platforms, ad monetization, and streaming technologies to solve customer challenges and drive adoption of Amagi's products and services.
Key responsibilities include technical leadership, solution design & POCs, pre-sales support, product expertise, customer relationship management, industry engagement, and feedback & development. You will manage pre-sales engagements, serve as the main technical contact for customers, participate in discovery calls, identify product gaps, and provide technical support during escalations.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in media & entertainment technologies. Strong technical skills in broadcast engineering workflows, streaming media technologies, and cloud services are essential. Proficiency in streaming TV standards and protocols, familiarity with streaming analytics tools, and experience with FAST platforms are required.
