ADC Engineer II, AI/ML ADC

The AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is at the forefront of delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to customers in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments. As an ADC Engineer II, you'll work with Amazon's largest government customers to implement AI/ML services in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support service builds and operations in ADC partitions and regions
• Solve complex technical problems related to AI/ML service implementations
• Create and maintain documentation, wikis, and runbooks
• Diagnose and resolve ADC-specific issues
• Ensure compliance with security policies and access controls
• Mentor other ADC Engineers

The role requires:

• Strong Linux & Networking fundamentals
• Experience with scripting languages
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think at scale
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
