Description For Amazon Dedicated Cloud Engineer, IREO

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a dedicated Cloud Engineer to join their team supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community. This role combines operational support and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, distributed systems for U.S. Government customers.

The position offers an opportunity to work with AWS's comprehensive cloud platform, which includes over 200 fully featured services. You'll be part of the team that keeps the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, and infrastructure components. The role requires a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and US citizenship.

As an Amazon Dedicated Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring AWS services maintain the highest standards of security, availability, and scalability. Your daily activities will include deep-diving into customer issues, monitoring system metrics, implementing automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $105,200 to $188,200 per year, based on location and experience.
