Amazon Robotics - System Development Engineer Co-op - Fall 2025, Deployment Readiness Tech Transformation

Amazon is seeking a talented System Development Engineer Co-op to join their Tech Transformation (TfX) group within the Worldwide Robotics organization. This exciting 6-month opportunity, running from July/August to December 2025, puts you at the forefront of developing next-generation software, hardware, and processes that power Amazon's global network of fulfillment centers.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that's revolutionizing how Amazon automates and accelerates product delivery through cutting-edge technologies including robotics, autonomy, and machine learning. As a System Development Engineer Co-op, you'll work on challenging projects such as developing point cloud processing algorithms, building automated workflows, and creating innovative solutions for robotics deployment. This position offers competitive compensation that varies by location, ranging from $42.88/hr to $88.94/hr, plus access to Amazon's comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a BS/MS in computer science, robotics, or electrical engineering, with experience in object-oriented programming languages. You'll need strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with point cloud data, AWS services, or computer vision would be particularly valuable.
