Amazon Robotics - System Reliability Engineer Co-op - Spring 2025

This role is a 6-month co-op to join Amazon Robotics full time (40 hours/week) from January to June 2025. As a System Reliability Engineer Co-op, you will contribute to the development of robotic solutions optimized for availability, life cycle cost and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Design for Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability activities during new product development
• Developing reliability models for complex electro-mechanical systems
• Supporting Failure Modes Effects Analyses for new products
• Assisting in the development and execution of reliability test plans and data collection strategies
• Assessing vendor reliability data
• Advocating for the customer during the design process on failure modes, fault diagnostics and impacts to product supportability
• Developing lifecycle support strategies and mechanisms for new products
• Ensuring supportability requirements and concerns are addressed for field launch
• Working with customers to identify opportunities for improved maintenance strategies
• Assisting with processes to expand diagnostic capabilities, improve ergonomics, and reduce troubleshooting time
• Working with the Learning team to develop and improve Amazon Robotics University technical manuals and training modules
