Amazon Robotics - Technical Support Engineer Co-op- Spring 2025

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and self-motivated Technical Support Engineer to work with the Advanced Robotics team to improve overall system efficiencies through the use of advanced technologies. The ideal candidate is excited to learn new things and willing to work through the details to get things done. We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of technical and customer-facing skills to successfully support the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Systems solution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion
• Managing technical projects with high attention to detail
• Maintaining and creating policies, procedures, and processes
• Proactively identifying opportunities for long-term and repeatable solutions
• Participating in hiring, training, and development of others
• Managing network systems (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• Supporting and maintaining Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Participating in on-call duties rotation
• Documenting known solutions as knowledge base articles
• Demonstrating a passion for learning new technologies and processes

The role requires a unique combination of flexibility, troubleshooting, creativity, people management skills, and drive. Candidates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple international teams within Amazon to contribute to the continuous innovation of the Robotic Fulfillment System.

This is a full-time (40h / week) 6-month co-op position between January-June 2025. Candidates must be currently enrolled in College/University with at least one semester/term/quarter of school left to complete after the end of the co-op.
