- Own the existing platform and automating operational/development work
- Identify and resolve issues
- Automate and improve repetitive processes
- Administration, troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing operational issues related to Linux servers
- Developing monitoring solutions
- Performing infrastructure maintenance and configuration
- Updating/enhancing current software
- Automation of support processes
- Documentation of systems
Requirements For Application Engineer
- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)
