Applied Scientist, NOSO Science

Amazon Supply Chain is seeking an exceptional Applied Scientist to join their SC Science Optimization team, focusing on complex optimization and forecasting challenges across EU/NA fulfillment networks. This role combines cutting-edge science with practical business impact, requiring expertise in stochastic optimization and probabilistic forecasting. You'll work on optimizing the supply chain from suppliers to customers, developing and deploying robust scientific solutions using Operations Research and Machine Learning algorithms.

The position offers unique opportunities to influence Amazon's global supply chain operations, working closely with Supply Chain Optimization Technology teams, the worldwide scientific community, and internal EU stakeholders.
