Description For ASIC RTL Engineer, Annapurna Labs

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an ASIC RTL Engineer intern to join their Annapurna Labs team, which specializes in cutting-edge hardware co-design for AWS infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on machine learning acceleration and FPGA acceleration projects at internet scale.

The position is a full-time summer internship lasting 12 consecutive weeks, where you'll be immersed in developing custom silicon solutions for machine learning applications. You'll work alongside experienced engineers in logic design, collaborate with physical design teams, and gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art hardware development.

  • Bachelors' degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Graduation date between May 2023 and December 2025
  • Programming experience in C/C++ and System Verilog or Verilog
