  • Supervising implementation and management of Amazon's safety programs
  • Support construction team to ensure contract labor competencies
  • Budget and schedule tracking and forecasting
  • Coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) for regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining stakeholder communication
  • 60% travel required
  • Coordinating with contractors on project changes and status
  • Implementing environmentally friendly practices
  • Participating in architect, owner and contractor (AOC) meetings

Requirements For Associate Construction Manager, ATS Construction (west)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager, or other Construction related disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience using Auto CAD and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project or similar)
  • 2+ years project coordination experience from design phase through implementation and operation
