BI Engineer, AWS Kumo

AWS is seeking a BI Engineer to join their Analytics team within AWS Support organization. This role is part of a small, central group responsible for driving customer and business insights through advanced analytics. The position involves working with a range of Analytics tools to power automation and self-service driven customer journeys for AWS customers.

The Analytics team comprises members from various skill-sets including strategy & planning, Machine Learning/predictive analytics, and Business Intelligence. As a BI Engineer, you'll be responsible for pushing Product, Process, and Customer understanding beyond the current state to create long-term value. The role requires hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and ETL processes.
