Amazon Transportation team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for their Analytics Operations and Programs (AOP) team. This role is part of the rekindle returnship program and focuses on standardizing BI and analytics capabilities across multiple international marketplaces. The position combines technical expertise with business impact, requiring skills in data analysis, visualization, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will work on defining analytical frameworks, identifying process gaps through data analysis, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. They will be responsible for handling large datasets, creating automated reporting solutions, and communicating complex insights to stakeholders.
The AOP team plays a crucial role in providing visibility on operations performance and implementing programs to improve network efficiency. - Apply multi-domain expertise in day to day activities and own end to end roadmap
- Translate complex business problems into analysis requirements
- Define analytical approach and review with stakeholders

Requirements For Business Intel Engineer I, AOP
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (Python, Java, or R)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and learn quickly
