Business Intelligence Engineer

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to innovation. We're seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Supply Chain Analytics team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding Amazon's data resources and processes
• Interfacing with global stakeholders to gather requirements
• Conducting deep dive analyses of business problems
• Enhancing analytical maturity through predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Producing written recommendations for key stakeholders
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable analytical tools and dashboards
• Handling multiple projects with changing priorities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and technical abilities
• Business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making
• Experience with data visualization, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
