Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Process Engineering (PE) team in Nashville, TN. This regional position is crucial for driving process standardization and continuous improvement across the Global Customer Fulfillment Network. The role combines strategic collaboration with tactical execution, focusing on technology implementation and automation initiatives.
The successful candidate will work alongside Program Leaders and PE networks Team(s), maintaining strong collaboration with other operations support functions. They will be responsible for leading data pipeline development, automation initiatives, and infrastructure improvements that drive tangible productivity gains. The position requires expertise in data visualization, SQL, and Python, with a focus on handling large-scale, complex datasets.

Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Engineer, ACES QuBIT ORBIT Team
- Leadership of data pipeline alterations, expansion and automation for NA PE programs
- Lead infrastructure development for data pipelines by FC technology
- Develop, Own and Drive maintenance methods for data pipeline upkeep
- Lead the automation Road To Benchmark Program
- Support additional PE initiatives through right sizing data infrastructure
- Support development of scalable tools for inclusive development of PE team members
- Support PE Projects initial scope and coordinate between data teams
- Travel as needed (0-15% domestic and regional travel)
Requirements For Business Intelligence Engineer, ACES QuBIT ORBIT Team
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Knowledge of advanced skills in Excel
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse
- Python scripting experience
