Business Intelligence Engineer, Alexa Business Telemetry & Decision Science

The Alexa Business Telemetry & Decision Science team (B-Tel) is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in understanding customer behavior through data analysis and metrics development. You'll be working with Amazon's Alexa team, focusing on how customers engage with the platform and how this engagement creates business value.

As a BI Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing new models to connect separate data sources, analyzing trends and anomalies for actionable insights, and creating reports that drive decision-making. The role involves working with large, multidimensional datasets and implementing ETL pipelines that serve various Alexa teams.

B-Tel is a collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers, scientists, and product/program managers who deliver telemetry, models, and insights. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from customer lifecycle analysis to subscription funnel conversions and Prime subscriber engagement tracking.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $89,600 to $185,000 based on location and experience, plus additional benefits. You'll be working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, helping shape the future of voice-enabled technology and customer interaction.
