Business Intelligence Engineer, Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh is seeking a proactive Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Analytics, Insights and Science (AIS) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform data into actionable insights and tackle complex business problems. As part of the International Amazon Fresh team, you'll work with large-scale datasets to drive decision-making across multiple banners.

The position involves designing and implementing key datasets, developing automated reporting systems, and maintaining data integrity while working with stakeholders across the business. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, performing deep data analysis, and responding to high-priority requests from senior leadership.

The AIS team balances quick value delivery with sustainable self-service solutions, partnering with worldwide analytics teams to scale efforts efficiently. You'll work in an environment that prioritizes major initiatives every 6 months while remaining flexible to emerging needs through their SIM intake process.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization with business acumen.
