As a Business Intelligence Engineer in Amazon's Customer Service People eXperience and Technology (CS PXT) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Amazon's workforce analytics. Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Engineer, Customer Service People Experience and Technology (CS PXT)

  • Design and implement scalable reporting solutions and dashboards for key HR metrics
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for processing HR data
  • Create predictive models for workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Build automated monitoring systems for data quality
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic HR initiatives
  • Scale reporting solutions and analytics for placement decisions
  • Drive improvements to Clarity, Quicksight, Tableau reports
  • Provide analysis and entitlement calculation models

Requirements For Business Intelligence Engineer, Customer Service People Experience and Technology (CS PXT)

Python
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Experience in scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis
  • Experience with AWS technologies
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
  • 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience
