Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Center Engineering

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Maintenance & Tooling team. This role is crucial in supporting AWS's global infrastructure, working with hundreds of data centers worldwide to deliver high-quality physical security, availability, capacity, and scaling results for customers.

As a BI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of data analysis, working with vast amounts of operational data from the AWS fleet. You'll partner with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to generate insights that drive engineering excellence and improvements. Your work will directly impact decision-making and strategy for the organization.

The role combines technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and BI solutions with leadership responsibilities. You'll lead design reviews, mentor team members, and influence technical decisions across partner teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and expertise in SQL and Python.
