Business Intelligence Engineer, DSP Analytics

Amazon's DSP Analytics Team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to make an impact on the Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. This role focuses on improving delivery experience through data-driven insights and analytics solutions.

The position involves working with cross-functional teams to build decision-driven analytics solutions critical to Amazon's delivery operations. You'll be responsible for uncovering actionable insights to improve delivery experience, working in a fast-paced environment, and building analytics solutions for Amazon's DSP program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end analytics solutions and ETL data pipelines using SQL and various scripting tools
• Work with Amazon's data technologies including Redshift, AWS S3, and internal platforms
• Design and maintain automated reporting and dashboards
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and organization leaders
• Drive improvements to DSP programs through data analysis and insights
• Focus on enhancing network Safety through data, tools, technologies, and insights

The DSP Analytics team is centralized with a vision to build best-in-class analytics solutions supporting internal and external DSP stakeholders. The team promotes innovative ideas and disrupting the status quo, offering opportunities to tackle complex business and data problems.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $74,100 to $165,600 per year based on geographic location, plus additional benefits including equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
