Business Intelligence Engineer, EU NFT

Amazon's EU-NFT team is seeking a customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Network Flow and Technologies team. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and focuses on driving performance measurement, innovation, and execution within Fulfillment Center Operations. The position is crucial in optimizing Amazon's fulfillment network to enhance customer experience through faster delivery promises and enable cost-efficient fulfillment planning.

The role involves collaborating with Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams to develop analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influence product roadmaps using data insights and AWS services. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including SQL, Redshift, AWS services, and visualization tools like QuickSight or Tableau.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing customer requests, designing and implementing technical solutions, and driving operational excellence. Daily activities include prioritizing customer requests, developing scalable data solutions, building interactive dashboards, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and influence leadership decisions.

The Network Flow and Technologies (NFT) team is dedicated to building data solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the Amazon customer experience. The team works across the supply chain to optimize network operations while minimizing complexity and reducing variation. They provide comprehensive reporting, insightful attribution, and accurate forecasting to empower stakeholders in understanding operational patterns and future predictions.
