Business Intelligence Engineer, Facility Operations Center

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join their Facility Operations Center (FOC) team. This role is crucial in supporting AWS's global infrastructure, including data centers, servers, storage, and networking equipment. The FOC serves as a 24/7 remote monitoring hub for AWS power, cooling, and fire life safety infrastructure.

As a BIE, you'll lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions, working with vast amounts of operational data from the AWS fleet. You'll partner with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to generate insights that guide operational excellence and improvements. Your work will directly impact decision-making and strategy for the organization.
