  • Define and execute reports to drive operational excellence
  • Provide recommendations on improving customer delivery performance
  • Expose gaps in supply chain that affect customer experience
  • Provide insights into operational issues and analyze root causes
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Create dashboards and bring products to production across Amazon transportation teams
  • Partner with Program Managers to identify and solve operational challenges

Requirements For Business Intelligence Engineer II, North America Transportation Services

Python
  • 4+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse
  • Python scripting experience to process data for modeling
