Business Intelligence Engineer, Last Mile BI

Amazon is seeking an experienced leader to join their Last Mile quality team as a Business Intelligence Engineer. This role focuses on owning the vision for quality improvement through global address management programs and shaping the strategy of customer-facing products.

The position involves working with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to drive data-driven decisions that improve Amazon's last-mile delivery operations. You'll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing millions of daily package deliveries through better address management and delivery logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Metric reporting and dashboard development
• Automation implementation
• Experiment design and analysis
• Deep dive analysis and insight generation
• Product improvement identification
• Stakeholder management and executive communication

You'll work on critical decisions affecting delivery accuracy, address validation, delivery preferences, route optimization, and access management. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to influence product roadmaps while working with senior leadership.
