Amazon's Strategies Labor BI team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Workforce Planning organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape the future of operational fulfillment from the ground up. The position involves sophisticated analytical work beyond basic data entry, focusing on designing and developing automated data pipelines and creating intuitive data solutions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation and clean process design, bringing advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to the table. You'll need experience in software development and creating reliable distributed systems that operate 24/7/365. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams.

As part of the Strategies Labor BI team, you'll work on elevating the labor planning experience by producing insights and data for customers.
