Business Intelligence Engineer, Survey Science, People eXperience Technology Central Science (PXTCS)

Amazon's People Experience and Technology Central Science (PXTCS) team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join their Survey Science team. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence to help understand and improve employee experiences across Amazon globally. The position involves working with complex datasets, building scalable BI solutions, and translating employee feedback into actionable insights.

The role sits within the Central Science Team, which uses economics, behavioral science, statistics, and machine learning to improve both Amazon's operations and Amazonians' work lives. You'll be working in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside scientists, researchers, designers, and engineers.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, creating self-service analytics tools, and developing metrics that help drive decision-making. The role requires strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, combined with the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders effectively.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $89,600 to $185,000 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. You'll be working on meaningful problems that directly impact employee well-being and organizational effectiveness at one of the world's largest companies.
