Responsibilities For Business Manager, Data Center Engineering
- Establish 2-3 year strategic direction for DCE and tactical goals
- Own financial management functions including CAPEX and OPEX planning
- Manage Resource Planning function for DCE
- Develop DCE hiring targets and analyze hiring activity
- Develop quarterly analyses on DCE employee productivity
- Administer mechanisms to ensure DCE staff meet expectations
- Partner with DCE Senior Business Manager on employee retention and experience
Requirements For Business Manager, Data Center Engineering
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
