  • Establish 2-3-year strategic initiatives for DCE-Products and Services team
  • Own quarterly updates to the DCE Headcount Accounting Mechanism
  • Develop global hiring targets and analyze hiring activity
  • Develop quarterly analyses, reporting, and recommendations on productivity
  • Administer mechanisms to ensure staff meet expectations
  • Develop analyses and recommendations to assess employee experience

Requirements For Business Manager, Data Center Engineering

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
