As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will:
- Act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products
- Assist customers in understanding application architectures and integration approaches
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions
- Work on a broad spectrum of technical issues
- Coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training
- Partner with development teams on complex issues
- Write tools/scripts to help the team
- Work on process improvement and strategic initiatives
Key responsibilities include:
- Solving customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/chat)
- Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Driving customer interactions to dive deep into root causes
- Partnering with Amazon teams in India to reproduce and resolve issues
- Providing feedback to internal teams on service improvements
- Driving customer communication during critical events
- Writing tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles
- Working on complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services
