  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/chat)
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques for customer solutions
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Work on complex customer problems across multiple AWS services

Requirements For Cloud Support Associate, Support Engineering

  • 0-1 years of experience in Linux Systems administration, Database design, BigData Analysis, Network administration, or Dev-ops
  • Programming/scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)
