AWS Cloud Support Engineer is a dynamic role where you'll leverage your engineering expertise to provide top-tier technical solutions that help customers achieve their goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance and broaden your technical skills while engaging with a diverse range of customers - from dynamic startups to large enterprises. You'll be part of AWS's Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth across various customer segments.

The role involves working in a follow-the-sun model during daytime hours, with a flexible schedule that can be arranged between Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday. Your daily responsibilities will include direct customer interaction through multiple communication channels, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with various internal teams.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud solutions. The position requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, along with strong programming skills and infrastructure management experience. Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer - AI/Machine Learning

  • Take ownership of customers' complex technical questions and identify root causes
  • Provide solutions tailored to each customer's situation
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Host technical training sessions and mentor new hires
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Continuously learn and expand technical knowledge

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - AI/Machine Learning

  • Experience or knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence and GenAI
  • Experience with managing network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, routing protocols, and firewalls)
  • Experience with system administration (Linux or Windows)
  • Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Java, Scala, C, C++, Perl, JavaScript)
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical work experience preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred
  • Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL database solutions preferred
