AWS Cloud Support Engineer - Analytics is a technical role focused on helping customers succeed with AWS analytics services. You'll work with a diverse range of customers, from startups to enterprises, providing expert technical guidance and support. The role involves deep troubleshooting of analytics technologies including Kinesis, OpenSearch, MSK, QuickSight, and Redshift.

As part of AWS's global support team, you'll operate on a follow-the-sun model, working during daytime or early evening hours.   • Provide technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and find root causes
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Develop and host training sessions
  • Create technical documentation and how-to content
  • Work with analytics technologies including Kinesis, OpenSearch, MSK, QuickSight, and Redshift

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Analytics
