AWS Cloud Support Engineer - Analytics is a technical role focused on helping customers succeed with AWS analytics services. The role involves deep troubleshooting of analytics technologies including Kinesis, OpenSearch, MSK, QuickSight, and Redshift.

  • Provide technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and find root causes
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Develop and host training sessions
  • Create technical documentation and how-to content
