Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics)

  • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions to customers
  • Partner with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science/IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with Elastic Stack and OpenSearch APIs
  • System Administration experience with Linux and/or Windows Server
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Experience with Apache Flink, Apache Spark
  • Experience in Business Analytics application support and troubleshooting
