Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Analytics to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on supporting AWS's analytics services including Redshift, QuickSight, Neptune, and Datazone. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, helping customers succeed with AWS services. The position involves providing technical support through multiple channels, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with cutting-edge cloud computing technologies.

The role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, requiring both strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. You'll be responsible for solving customer cases, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and diving deep into root cause analysis. Beyond direct support, you'll have opportunities to mentor new hires, develop training materials, and collaborate with development teams on complex issues.
