AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics)

  • Learn and use groundbreaking cloud technologies
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers
  • Partner with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics)

  • Experience with System Administration and Linux/Windows Server troubleshooting

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
  • Experience in customer support environment
  • Familiar with data warehousing and ETL process
