  • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Analytics)

  • Experience in Business Analytics application, support, and troubleshooting concepts
  • Experience with System Administration and troubleshooting with Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Server
  • Exposure to Database Fundamentals and General Troubleshooting in Relational Database Engines
  • Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
  • Experience in a customer support environment
