Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their global support team. Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Containers)

  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels including telephone, email, and web/live chat
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers
  • Drive customer interactions and dive deep into root cause analysis
  • Learn and use latest technologies
  • Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems across multiple AWS services

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Containers)

  • Knowledge and experience in administration and troubleshooting across DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Containerization, Configuration Management
  • Knowledge and experience in Continuous Integration Technology (eg. Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, or related tools)
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Linux or Windows issues on servers
  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field OR equivalent experience in a technical position
