AWS Support Engineering is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Containers to join their global customer-facing organization. This role focuses on supporting containerization services including EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate, App Mesh, and Batch. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll help customers automate, manage, scale, and deploy containerized applications.
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transformational technology, working with a global list of companies building mission-critical applications on AWS services. Your responsibilities will include solving complex technical issues through various channels, providing tailored solutions, and diving deep into root cause analysis.
