Cloud Support Engineer (Database)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer (Database) to join their team. As a member of the AWS Support team, you'll be at the forefront of transformational cloud technology, assisting a global list of companies and developers using AWS services. You'll act as a 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, helping customers get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solving customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/live chat)
• Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions
• Diving deep into the root cause of issues
• Coaching/mentoring new hires
• Developing & presenting training
• Partnering with development teams on complex issues
• Writing tools/scripts to help the team
• Working on process improvement and strategic initiatives

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cloud computing. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and have opportunities for career advancement within AWS.

• 24/7/365 operations with shift work required (afternoon shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST)
