As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be immersed in various cloud technologies, acting as a Cloud Ambassador across AWS products. Your primary focus will be on Infrastructure Automation/Governance, Configuration Management, and Containerization. You'll work with cutting-edge services including AWS CloudFormation, Cloud Development Kit (CDK), and container technologies like Docker, Elastic Container Service, and Elastic Kubernetes Service.

  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience with system administration and troubleshooting (Linux and/or Windows)
  • Networking knowledge (HTTP/s, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Experience with DevOps/Deployment, Container Orchestration Management, and/or Configuration Management
  • Experience with continuous integration technologies (Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week on a rotational basis including weekends
