Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Developer Mobile, Messaging & Serverless)

  • Provide technical solutions and support to customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems
  • Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, MQ, and Pinpoint
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Develop and host training, create technical articles, and present at AWS events
  • Write tools/scripts and work on process improvement initiatives
