The role follows a "follow-the-sun" model, working during daytime hours with flexible scheduling options (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday). You won't need to worry about on-call rotations or on-site customer support, allowing for better work-life balance.

Your daily responsibilities will include direct customer interaction through various channels, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer - DevOps, Docker

  • Take ownership of customers' complex technical questions and identify root causes
  • Provide technical solutions through multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Host technical training sessions and mentor new hires
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Continuously learn and expand technical knowledge

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - DevOps, Docker

  • Experience with container orchestration tools (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
  • Linux expertise (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server

  • Experience with Web and Application Server technologies
  • Experience with DevOps and Configuration Management tools
  • Scripting language ability (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, Node.JS)
