Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Enterprise Applications)

  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels including telephone, email, video and web/live chat
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions for customers
  • Work directly with AWS architects to reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles
  • Work on complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services
  • Coach/mentor new hires and develop training materials
  • Partner with development teams on complex issues

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Enterprise Applications)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science/IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field OR equivalent technical experience
  • Knowledge/experience in enterprise systems administration in Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting tools (WinDbg, Windows Sysinternals, perfmon, WPR/WPA)
