Join AWS Support Engineering Team as a Cloud Support Engineer (Deployment) and be part of Amazon's innovative cloud services. This role focuses on supporting AWS container technologies and CI/CD services, helping customers achieve their technical goals. You'll work in a 24/7 Japanese-language support environment, with no night shifts required due to global coverage.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, working with over 200 AWS services across 10 technical domains. The Deployment profile specifically handles container technologies and CI/CD services. You'll have the unique opportunity to see behind the scenes of cloud operations, including access to source code, and use AWS services freely.

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer I (Deployment)

Kubernetes
  • Experience in container technologies (Docker) or DevOps/orchestration/configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Excellent Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00-21:00, including weekend rotations
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to share knowledge with team
