Amazon Web Services (AWS) Support Engineering team is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Development and Mobile Services. This role is part of the team that provides 24/7 technical support to AWS customers in Japanese.
The position focuses on supporting application development services, including serverless architecture, mobile development, IoT, and messaging services. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be part of a team handling over 200 AWS services divided into 10 technical areas (profiles).
Your daily responsibilities will include mastering the latest AWS technologies, collaborating with architects and service teams, improving customer support processes, and creating technical content for the developer community. You'll have the unique opportunity to see the inner workings of cloud services, including source code access, and use AWS services freely for learning and development.
