Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer-I, GovCloud Support Team

  • Provide world-class support on all AWS offerings
  • Resolve customer technical issues ranging from EC2 Linux to complex Big Data configurations
  • Develop tools and interact with peers developing the offerings
  • Coach/mentor new hires and develop & present training
  • Partner with development teams on complex issues
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles
  • Work on critical, highly complex customer problems across multiple AWS services

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer-I, GovCloud Support Team

  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
